Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until relatively smooth.
In another bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Mix the melted butter with the dry mix to create a streusel topping. Stir in oats if using.
Fold the dry ingredients into the mashed bananas gently until just combined. Pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish.
Spread the streusel topping evenly over the banana mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra indulgence, serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of caramel sauce.
